"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in.
Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities.
Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever.
Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

"Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having ! "
