"This hotel is by far one of the best, from you get there to when you leave, all staff are absolutely lovely, Daniel, and the rest of the staff, from the reception, to the restaurants, to over all, you have been an amazing team, always smiling and so helpful, I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and I am definitely coming back, is hotel is more than a 5* hotel. "Fantastic staff , very friendly and helpful"

"The rooms were outdated, when we arrived for check in at 2pm the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with children for 50/60minutes, we had a hire car and had to pay an additional €70 for the car park, the pool was absolutely freezing, the beach was closed, the room didn’t have air con. Overall it wasn't good at all and we won't be retuning."
