"The staff were so friendly. We arrived a little early and they were able to get us into our room very fast even though we didn’t ask. They had great service in the restaurant as well. The breakfast was tasty. It’s also very close to some local shops and a casino. The pool was big and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and ours had a nice covered sitting area where we sat outside and watched the rain. We would stay here again!"

"Lo bueno: buena atención por parte del personal, baño y habitación limpias, cena en Los Maizales fue excelente. Lo que necesita mejorar: mayor cantidad de toallas disponibles sería mejor, no había acondicionador para el cabello, desayuno buffet incluído es de calidad inferior (no se compara con la ejecución del menú de la carta). Lo malo: uno de los colchones se hundía en el medio (claramente requiere reemplazo), el control remoto del A/C funcionó erraticamente al principio y en medio de la noche dejó de funcionar - no pudimos controlar la temperatura y el aparato tiene una luz brillante que no pudimos apagar. ¿Regresaríamos? Sí, por lo menos una vez más esperando mejor suerte con el colchón. De lo contrario, pedir cambio del mismo o cambio de habitación."

"La habitación en la que nos hospedamos en el Town Center debe ser mejor amueblada. Tal como está no dan ganas de hacer el tour para ver si compras un apartamento o no (de hecho, no hicimos el tour). La habitación tiene potencial. Por otro lado, les sugiero que contemplen poner snacks en el área de la piscina para visitantes del Town Center. Las bebidas están muy bien pero faltan los snacks. Eso les podría ayudar a bajar la cantidad de personas en los restaurantes a la hora del almuerzo."
