「I was there for a conference. the location to the convention center is really close and many restaurants and pharmacy and Target nearby. 」

「This hotel seemed like a newer hotel. Everything was clean the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I was very happy with the cleanliness of my room and the eating area. I did not use the pool or the fitness room. I will definitely come back to this hotel.」

「1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. 」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」
