「Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. 「Amazing staff couldn't do enough for us. The young man on reception extremely helpful. My husband really suffering with his back causing us to leave early to go to the hospital. He organised for one night refund. The breakfast room and food was lovely. Definitely a good place to stay.」
