「This was our second time staying at this hotel. It has new owners since our last visit, but it's just as good as before. The lady at reception was most helpful at check-in. The room was really nice with a large bathroom and a covered balcony. There is a large garage for free parking for all guests. The pool area is first class, which we used every day. 「The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!」
