Lovely village in the Plateau de Millevaches regional park. Complete with church and cute stone bridge over the Vezzere river, the village is located on the 'shell-post' pilgrimage route.
Peak in the Massif central. 731m high. Great hiking. Well signposted car park. Abbey ruins and viewpoint at top of the hill. Steps lead down to several circular walks through woods or over fields.
Lake with water sports, swimming and long walks. There is a bridge or ferry to take you over to a sculpture island, château and art museum. Great place to go with the dog.
