"Nice hotel, nice staff good pool, good location good food. The rooms were clean and overall we had a good stay. I read reviews about the LOUD music, however this was not our experience. No loud music just some chill background music at the restaurant but nothing obnoxious "

You are perched in the middle of the rainforest overlooking the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the food and drinks are amazing and we can’t say enough about the warmth and care of the staff. Best massage I ever had was here. "

"Five stars all the way. Villas Rio Mar has an amazing location — close to Dominical but outside the hustle, peaceful and relaxing. Just minutes from the beach, with a beautiful river nearby. The property is gorgeous, the pools are great, the rooms are beautiful, and everything was clean and well maintained. The restaurant was fantastic and the service was excellent. Incredible value — highly recommend."

"Lovely little oasis in Uvita. The pool is exceptional as was the breakfast. Only small complaint is the air fresheners that fill the room with a sickly sweet odor. We unplugged them both and the air cleared after a couple of hours."

"This is a very clean hotel with incredible views. It has a great bar and restaurant on site and the pool overlooks the ocean. My only regret is not staying longer."
