I always appreciate to start a review with a compliment, so, I did very much enjoy the comfort of a Good mattress! And the sheets and pillows were very nice and comfy as well. Also, the hand soap was of good quality and made my hands feel clean. BUT… The overall cleanliness of the property was not great. My Husband went to the pool and the locker room was locked so no place to change in private. And there was a cigarette butt in the hot tub. Now, some of this is poor behavior is from guests but the garbages being stuffed to the full is on the staff. I want to let you know, I never saw one bug of any kind during my stay, which I think is significant because it’s not pristine. I have managed a cleaning company before I retired, and I would have a long “punch list” for my staff. Would I stay there again? You know what? I probably would. Being that the other Hotels are double in price, I can live with it for a night or two. Overall, staff were good, breakfast was OK, they just need to amp up the cleaning. TV worked, coffee maker was clean and worked, and the mattress was clean and comfortable. So, because the price was more affordable, I may stay there again. Thank you!

Not a welcoming experience, even the night clerk. Room condition is old and outdated and not very clean. The "breakfast" was very minimal and they ran out of yogurt before 9 on a Sunday and said they had no more. The bed is on a metal frame and not very quiet. Definately would not recommend this place, especially the amount they charge!!!

Time to get new bedsheets. You can tell they've been washed and used so many times over its lifespan, very dull and had stains. Room has no air circulation so had to keep air conditioning on. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in and checkout.

The whole facility was dated and the room was very thrown together with no attention to detail; floor was uneven, lights flickered, drywall holes from past fixtures, etc. location was bad as it is RIGHT OFFstaff was very nice but won’t be staying there again.

The breakfast felt like something that the hotel put very luttle thought into. The options were few and nothing was well stocked. There was cereal available on one day but no milk. I mentioned to the person providing the breakfast services that there was nothing out only to get a dirty look and begrudgingly attempted to put items out.

The room was in good condition, and the staff was friendly. I probably should have taken a room on the second or third floor, because I think my first floor room 117 was near the pool and had a slight smell, also it was near the entrance so I heard voices in the evenings.

The room was stale and had a smell to it the staff was RUDE and extremely unhelpful. There is no water pressure in the bathrooms and a severe lack of hot water. The gym was wide open but all the machines were covered in caution tape, and the elevator stopped working at a certain point throughout the night. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. The manager I'm assuming was rude and snobby and always had his whole family there just lounging in the lobby and it appeared they held their Christmas morning in the lobby which was a bit strange but I wasn't mad at it other than the fact they gave my son and I dirty looks for walking through the lobby like we were intruding on their Christmas morning.
