The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. 「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」
