"We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great.
The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay.
Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. In a two night stay we got technicians visiting the room 4 times, not something we would expect in a 5 star property.
We ended up leaving the property sooner than planned because of not wanting to handle another technician visit to the room - In morning as we prepared to go for breakfast, we tested the keys prior to leaving the room and they were again not working."
