This was a very spontaneous last moment decision to stay here and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! ❤️ I was traveling to go camping when I had car trouble, Megan whom I thought was the property manager was my Angel 😇 she made me feel safe, welcomed and drove me to and from the mechanic shop. Her personality and the helpful staff made my stay amazing! I was able to get back on the road and contunue my camping journey for a friends 62nd birthday! Tammy from the Bay Area

We chose Quality Inn & Suites specifically because they advertised they had a hot tub and swimming pool, but when we arrived, they said that both were broken. In the morning there was no hot water for showers.

Megan at the front desk was amazing. The property is under renovation and we were situated in a room that was very comfortable. There was work that needed to be done, but the bed was amazing. The pillows were amazing. We had a very restful night sleep with staff like this people we keep on coming back she goes above and beyond.

Working over by this hotel. It's a toss up if you're going to get a hot shower or cold. The staff just says oh sorry. Cold shower after working outside all day sucks. They also only clean room once every three or 4 days!
