Venden paquetes en el hotel para visitar islas y luego cuando uno llega a la agencia para ir al tour que ofrecieron en el hotel, cambian el precio, discriminan a los guatemaltecos, prefieren llevarse a los gringos a las islas más bonitas y luego a uno lo llevan a otro lado, poca comida, no dan snacks, en fin no vayan a Belice si son de Guatemala.
Playa con muuuuuuucho saragazo, no se puede bañar uno.

Our room was nice, simple and clean. The bathroom door wouldn’t close completely, so it kept opening when we tried to closed it. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. The bar and pool was nice. The beach sand was nice, but the water was a little polluted. There's not much amenities there. The resort didn’t have activities for guest to do.

The resort was absolutely fantastic! Small and intimate, very clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic and we never felt crowded. Our bungalow #1 was right on the beach- walk out your front door and you are on the sand. The front desk helped us book a massage right on the beach in front of our bungalow and it was amazing. A few gentlemen were outside every morning taking the beach and straightening up the chairs for our enjoyment. This was a very well kept beach compared to resorts surrounding us. The bar and restaurant staff would deliver food and drinks right to our bungalow without asking- my husband and I would put the kids to sleep at night and enjoy drinks on our front porch watching the waves. Could not have asked for a better vacation!

From start to finish - our stay was A+. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The pool and beach were awesome. Our cabana was beautiful and steps from the beach, shaded by coconut palm trees. We would 100% recommend!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at this resort. The highlights included all of the staff, including Dixie, Val, John, and the wonderful front desk (I’m sorry, I forgot her name). Even the intern at the bar was friendly and helpful. It is because of these people that we love Belize and your resort. The beach is beautiful, walkable to many different restaurants.

We had an amazing time at Ceiba Beach Resort! It was quiet, clean, and all of the staff was extremely helpful and genuinely interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. They provided transportation everywhere and planned tours and trips for us throughout the week. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was great! Area about 30 minute drive from the village of Placencia. By the hotel, about 8 restaurants less than a mile walk. Easy parking at the hotel. Super clean, nice swim up bar in the pool. Excellent help from staff. Highly recommend.

This was the most special place to stay in Placencia! Brand new clean facility with everything you need! Haha maybe the beds were a teeny bit hard!lol A close walk to Green Parrot restaurant which had fantastic food and another sweet restaurant the same distance in opposite direction. The pool restaurant at Ceiba was incredible and I hope they never change their menu because I can’t wait to get back next year!

Ceiba is new. Everything is beautiful designer and spotlessly clean. Kyle is an excellent host, knowledgeable and helpful. The chef is excellent - food delicious. The sea is fabulous to swim in, as is the pool!

Like any first time visitors, we researched and questioned every detail about our trip to Belize. We finally happened upon and settled on booking with Ceiba. WHAT A BLESSING! They UNDERSTAND customer service! Everyone there made us feel welcome. Efi went above and beyond with scheduling, John was the most outgoing bartender, the property was meticulous. Our vacation was perfect!

Nice place to stay, very clean. No blow dryer which was odd because it was otherwise quite comfortable. Pool was nice but extremely cold. Food at restaurant was expensive and not amazing. Felt very safe and had a nice balcony.

The partnership with Sirenian Bay was a plus. We did not have a car so the shuttle there provided options. Ceiba was a quaint place right on the water. Small but very beautiful. It was quite new so everything was in great shape.
