「酒店比較舊，浴缸及洗手盤的去水有問題，後來發現是有大量頭髮在去水位導致淤塞。停車場出口需要入代幣，但在check-in 時職員查問有沒有車時也沒有告知。」

「Very clean updated rooms. The beds and pillows are very comfy! Staff are amazing! Highly recommend. It's an 8 min drive to Chateaubriand if you're attending a wedding there!」

「Excellent location and the room has all the basics. Good place to stay if all you need is a place to sleep.」

「早餐不错，空调噪音大。」

「服務非常親切! 房間溫馨 乾淨 舒適!早餐豐盛美味!是主人親自下廚! 太喜歡這裡了!!」

「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay...

「一般般，cp值不高！」

「Like fairytale!」

「Such a charming and cozy hotel! The small and exceedingly inviting lobby was always abuzz with guests having a glass of wine or just sitting by the fireplace. The view from our room was lovely, featuring the ferris wheel and river walk. The room was very comfortable. And the SHOWER WAS MAGNIFICENT! Great pressure (unusual for such a historic district, I thought). Book the hotel restaurant ahead if you want to have a meal there. We did not, but only because it was full. Note: you can enter the...

「Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. You may choose any restaurant (in which there are a lot of restaurants to choose) you like and return to the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Besides, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the metro station, it is easy for tourists to sightsee around the city. For the...

「Overall good. The staff was friendly and personable. Breakfast could have been better」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...
