"Lovely little gem - accommodation was fine and clean, staff were lovely and the overall stay was good. My only challenge was it was loud at night with scooters on the street but I believe that’s common in the whole city."

"It takes me 40 minutes to do the simple check-in. Believe the city introduced a new requirement to need more personal information but they don’t have good way to let people input their personal information or they have so many limitation to do that. Or their staff, not very familiar to process yet."

"There was dust in the room, and room service was very bad. We called to get water and they never bring it. The front desk took our complain with an attitude."

"Overall experience was great and it is in a very good location. However one thing I would suggest is that they upgrade to better pillows or get more. I couldn’t really have a restful night because of how uncomfortable they were. We did request extras several times but we were told they didn’t have any. "

"Check in staff were excellent, really positive, kind and helpful. Room we had was tired but tidy, unfortunately we had cockroach in it, air conditioning didn’t work, room was so hot so had to open windows in middle of the night to get room cool enough to sleep. Location was superb, only a few blocks to Sagrada Família. Refreshing rooms and fixing air conditioning would help this hotel."
