The front desk gave us an excellent service. We ordered room service from the restaurant one night and the food was delicious. Our beds were made every morning and bathrooms were always clean. Showers had hot water and our room had AC which was amazing due to the Piuran heat!!! We loved this place and would def come back.

Exceptional hotel

This hotel is the most beautiful hotel in Piura. I had a wonderful experience. I want to give a special thanks to the staff members who were beyond friendly and professional. Also the free breakfast buffet was exceptional and delicious. I will definitely be coming back here with my family.

I use this hotel chain every time travel to Peru. This was my first time in Piura. Hotel very clean the guy at the front desk wasn’t too friendly. Bar and restaurant closed early. Very slow every time we ordered a drink

I was expecting better infrastructure

The shampoo very cheap the dispenser didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work. The door from the bathroom very noisy. I didn’t know that the hotel rent the place for party and the music was so late specially that I woke up early. The door and the windows not sounds isolate. Very convenient to move around the city. Closed to everywhere. Very good breakfast, customers service amazing very friendly.
