A stately old hotel on the Plaza de Armas in the town center. Superlative in every way! Staff were all very kind and accommodating, the meals were excellent, the building and pool area were beautiful. I can't imagine how our experience could have been better. Thank you!

I have stayed many times. This review will be about the food. The breakfast is complimentary and good. I have ordered several dishes for lunch and dinner and highly recommend the ronda nortena and ronda marina. Drinks, such as algorrobina and mojitos were well made. Highly recommend eating in the hotel.

I love staying at Los Portales in Piura. It is my favorite hotel. The service is excellent and the atmosphere relaxing. The rooms are top notch. The old colonial architecture and artwork make the hotel a grand experience. I highly recommend Los Portales. It is the reason I've stayed there several times during the past months and will continue to select the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful! It is an old colonial building that contains artwork and marble floors. The service is excellent!!! I have stayed at the hotel on many occasions and have always been satisfied.

Excelente ubicación. Propiedad es impecable. El servicio del staff en el front desk podría mejorar. Especialmente por qué son el rostro del hotel. La comida en el restaurante no estaba al nivel para ser la ciudad de Piura. La facilidad de la cochera/estacionamiento y su staff fue sensacional. Mi último comentario sería el que las luces del hotel, especialmente en las áreas esenciales (gimnasio) se mantengan prendidas. Es difícil caminar por pasillos oscuros a las 5 am.

Very conveniently located right in front of Plaza de Armas and downtown. Hotel was very clean. Staff was incredibly courteous. The only problem was that the pool was being serviced and not accessible for a few days.

Excelente customer service Last day restaurant serve a terrible food ( only one day eat ) food wasn’t prepared as they offered, I let them know given back the food. They still charge me the food.

I love this hotel. We stay here every time we visit Piura. The location right on the Plaza de Armas in a historical building is great. The rooms are very comfortable and we like the buffet breakfast by the pool.

It's convenient because of the location since it's the downtown of the city, and it's a safe location. Some repairs are needed to make it looks more presentable.
