「The staff at the grand hotel were very helpful. They accommodated all of our wishes and helped us throughout. The pool bar staff are lovely and work really hard. Only criticism was our last lunch around the pool bar/restaurant was not good every other time it had been good. Perhaps an off day. The staff seemed very busy and run off their feet so the reflection is on the kitchen. 「Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend und sehr schön gelegen. HP war leider nicht an jedem Abend verfügbar, da eine Hochzeit und andere Events stattfanden. Das Frühstück wurde ebenfalls ansprechend präsentiert, jedoch waren diverse Sachen schnell verbraucht und wurden recht spät nachgefüllt. 「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...
