Breakfast time was great. Staff there were attentive. Wish they had more opinions but free us free. However!!!! Not having supervision in the pool was ridiculous, drinking adults with family there and disruptive kids being disrespectful and when we told someone nothing was done! And they found Knox knock zoom zoom so funny and again NOTHING WAS DONE!

I am extremely disappointed with my 2 days stay at the Comfort Inn. The room was not properly cleaned, and hair all over the bathroom floor, walls and bathtub. Toilet was not cleaned. Ants all around the bathroom floor . Not enough Bathroom towels and toilet paper . When we asked front desk person about cleaning, he said they will come every other day for cleaning. I'll never go back to that place again .

Hotel was very confusing. So many stairs! Hallways were not labeled, wasn't sure where to go to find the pool, the breakfast area, my room. Hotel said it was under construction but I saw cracked and chunked up concrete, duct tape on sliding glass doors and sky lights over the pool. Exterior entrance doors were broken and easily opened without a key card.i have never been to a hotel that required wristbands to use the pool and go to breakfast area. There was over paint on floor trim and mirror, tiles and drywall poorly fixed, very unprofessional looking almost 'landlord special' type repairs. Stains on bedding and ironing board, the desk chair in my room had the backing rubbed off and the metal lamps had massive rust on them. Will not stay again. Best thing was the bed. The king size bed was great.

My bathroom was gross. There was someone's hair all in the bathtub and floor. I wouldn't even take a shower while I was there bc it just felt so gross. The rooms are no 5 star but what I really loved was the accommodations with a animal. I was on the bottom floor and could take my dog right outside through the sliding doors. It was pretty much an enclosed area and that was a plus. We did swim and enjoyed this. I love the property layout. You have plenty of room to walk your dog. The other thing I didnt like was the little trash can. I never saw any housekeeping as we had to go get TP bc we were out. We only stayed 2 nights and 1 full day and had plenty of trash and no where to put it other than a tiny trash can, so I tried to neatly put all the trash together. You do get breakfast and warm food. Eggs, sausage etc. It can get busy at breakfast. The restaurant at the hotel was just a little to pricy for us so we ordered out or when and got food. I would definitely stay here again as long as my bathroom is clean. It was close to Kennywood and like I said, we were in room 146 and it was perfect for my and my fur baby.

Checked in got wrong room unlocked door walked in on people in the room . Got another room seem the housekeeper left a LOG IN TOILET..gross..the lamps and towels racks were rusty ..couch has never been cleaned smelled foul...bed broken in big dip.. Got 3rd room ..lil cleaner but faucets rusted or corroded...bathroom towels racks rusty

AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN, THE DOOR WAS ACCUSED OF BEING WITH ANOTHER GROUP.. OWNER WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THE KEY CAR'S CONSTANTLY DID NOT WORK.HAD TO KEEP GOING TO THE FRONT DESK TO REACTIVATE CARDS. THERE IS NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM NOR ON PREMISE. YOU HAD TO WEAR WRISTBANDS FOR THE POOL AND BREAKFAST. THE POOL CLOSED AT NINE P M , AND SO DID THE WEIGHT ROOM DUE TO YOU HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE POOL TO GET TO THE WEIGHT ROOM. THE BUILDING IS IN DISARRAY. AND UNCLEAN. THE FRONT STAFF WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL TO RESOLVE CONSTANTLY SITUATION , AND WE WAS ONLY THERE TWO DAYS. THE 1ST DAY THEY TRIED TO THROW OUR THINGS OUT. DID NOT REALIZE WE WERE STAYING TWO NIGHT'S. AND OVER CHARGDED US DO NOT STAY HERE

Was excited to stay with the family based on the pictures. Then when we arrived the condition of the hotel was in dissaray. Took a while to get checked in due to people coming up to front desk with issues with toilet or room condition. When we got to our room there was cobwebs in the ceiling, the outlet covers were destroyed, the windows in hall were broken covered with a tarp, and the remote was missing. Called front desk about remote and they said they would send someone. After 30 minutes a guy showed up and programmed a new remote. The tv had a purple glow to it. Guy said he couldn’t fix it and that it would need it replaced but if we were ok with it then we he was not gonna worry about it. We just felt with it so that we could get on with our stay. My wife found fingernails and dirt on the floor. We were excited to check out the next day. Would not recommend.
