Like? None! This GSR checked me in room 131. I used my key but it didnt work. I came back and told GSR that key did not work and i asked him to change my room instead cause i saw a lot of people hanging around in front of my room. Fixing their cars but the GSR insisted that he fixed the key and told me to go back so i did. Second time i went again to room 131 and did not work again. So i went back again and told GSR still not working and i told him to move me to a different room even non smoking. He gave me again a key for room 131 and he told me to meet the maintenance guy in 131. No maintenance there so i asked the housekeepers to help me get the maintenance cause my key doesnt work for the 4th time. Maintenance came, he open the door with his key and it opened. He told me nothing was wrong. I told him to use my key and he did. Did not work again. He told me to tell front desk that my key is not working. I told him i did told GSR that my key did not work for numerous times and i told GSR to CHANGE my room more than once. GSR finally changed my room to 122. He did not even apologize to me for sending me back and forth to room 131. What happened to Hospitality? To OTHER GSR'S, Please do not copy that bad service from him. That is a Big NO NO!

Could be cleaner

Rooms needing more cleaning house then was actually done The towels were stained I’m assuming. After the first night the housekeepers found broken glass under the bed. And instead Of throwing it they placed it on the dresser inbetween beds where my kids could have gotten it.

I liked that it was close to the freeway. That’s probably the only plus about it. I don’t like that their was a stain on the bed cover. It smelled like cigarettes and even though it was non smoking. The bathroom didn’t have clean towels. The shower is outdated. The bed squeaked with little movement. Really active location. I guess it was worth the money spent as other hotels around the area were 100$ and up. Not a bad place to stay if you just need to lay your head. Comfortability might be worth paying extra elsewhere in my opinion.

Card key did not work when we got it. The card key quit working 5 more times. Very inconvenient. When I asked if they were going to compensate for all the inconveniences I was told no that they didn't do that.

Exploiting paying guest

The worst unkeep establishment. Filthy over flowing trash cans. Roaches and Maggots in the rooms. The top covers are never washed. Room 275 or 274 has a broken lock, so the door does not lock.
