Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Lady on reception who checked me in and out was really nice, as was the guy who helped me in the Ski Room. The hotel is really nice, especially the spa. The lady who helped me in the spa was also super accommodating as I didn’t realize I had to pre-book a slot. ...
