「everything is very good ！」

「:)」

「Some of THE nicest staff. The manager made recommendations for dinner that were some of the best meals (Jettie Raes) I've ever had. The pillows were heavenly, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, and the rooms were clean. The location for us was perfect, close to hiking, shopping, and restaurants. I definitely want to come back to Asheville and will stay here again.」

「Evening is good」

「Very clean large room. The breakfast was very good (no runny scrambled eggs) and large selection. The afternoon check in woman was extremely polite and helpful. No dislikes.」

「Room was very clean, staff were extremely helpful except morning breakfast staff the one morning but breakfast meal was wonderful, the winery staff and options were great! Top notch first class place would stay again.」

「My room had trash from previous visitors behind the furniture. One elevator and it smelled horrible. Housekeeping staff also registering visitors. The only decent part was the breakfast. Will NEVER stay there again! Severely over priced!」

「I would choose this next time.」

「We enjoyed our stay so much we are already looking at the calendar to make a reservation for next year! The staff was very nice and helpful. The view of the lake from our room was gorgeous especially with the Fall colors. The hotel was nice and quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the bacon, potatoes and the baked goods. We enjoyed walking around the lake. We look forward to staying here again!」

「Got pretty much everything you may need (except cooing oil).」
