"Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Lots of activities offered including pisco sour classes, ceviche making class, tour of the hotel (which was a former convent), etc. Very helpful staff as well."

"The manager of the hotel was absolutely excellent, as was the staff, except for one desk clerk who almost caused us to lose our trip from Cusco to Machu Picchu, our main reason for the trip, due to his negligence in managing obtaining a taxi....Taxi was scheduled to arrive at 6:30 am, but he did not order new taxi until 7:15 when we were to be at our pickup point at 7:00 for pickup by Inca Rail between 7:30-8:00. Taxi did not arrive at Torre Dorado until 7:35. It was only due to excellent service from Inca Rail that we were able to make the connection."

"The hotel is lovely in the historic district. Very walkable. The room was lovely overlooking the courtyard. They have a nice lounge area and small restaurant. Breakfast was good each morning with lots of variety. The room was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and would stay there again!"
