The lovely staff and reliable air conditioning (I was in Pisa in the middle of a heatwave) are some of the best things about this hotel. So is the unbeatable central location. Excellent value for money and I’d certainly stay here again.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Quirky, unique & charming hotel just seconds of the main drag in Pisa. Spotless room, quality bedding, great bath with plenty of hot water. Wonderful location between the river and the tower, near lots of restaurants and Cavalieri Square. Highly recommended.

Im Zimmer richt es nach Reinigungsmitteln. Überhaupt im ganzen Hotel veraltetes Geruch. Die Klimaanlage pustet direkt ins Kopf. Die Lage ist zentral, aber nicht so schön. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption.

Hotel in posizione ottima, ma purtroppo vecchio e scadente. La seconda notte siamo rientrati in stanza grazie all'intervento della ragazza alla reception, perché la chiave non apriva la camera (serratura difettosa). Se fossimo rientrati in stanza mezz'oretta dopo avremmo dovuto chiamare i vigili per entrare! In bagno bidet non saldato a terra che si muoveva. Small hotel in a very central location. The rooms were in need of renovation, but ok in size. My biggest issue with this hotel was the (lack of) cleaning and the number of bugs crawling all over the floor and the walls. For example, there was a dead bug floating in som spilled water in the toothbrush holder in the bathroom the day I arrived and which was still there the day I checked out. The bugs I managed to kill in the course of my three day stay were not removed by the cleaning staff. Also I did not get toilet paper and had to ask the staff twice before I finally was given a roll by the receptionist.

Overordnet et godt ophold. Hotellet har en virkelig god placering og receptionen var venlige. Værelset havde en fin størrelse og var rent. På minus siden, så er jeg næsten 2 meter og sengen var til den korte side, der var desværre en del støj fra udenfor, men det er nok hvad man må forvente ved at bo så centralt.

Area is excellent and the hotel is fairly priced. The showers could do with a refurb. Sadly, we were quite badly bitten by something overnight. When we arrived our windows were wide open so I assume it came in then. Also, mopping with a stale mop meant that the floors smelt for a while when we arrived.
