Really lovely staff, super helpful with all the questions and suggestions. The room was cleaned daily, yes you can tell it is an older historical property with some defects but it did not bother us during our stay. Location is perfect and seemed quiet and safe. Would definitely be back!

A great hotel situated a short walk from the historic Pisa Tower. Very comfortable air conditioned room and bathroom. The hotel is inside the ZTL so be sure to let the staff know if you arrive by car so they can register the trip (and avoid a fine). Then you will need to park outside the walls. Lots of options to eat nearby and breakfast is all you need.

The room was comfortable and breakfast was great. Very close to the Tower. However it is listed as having parking available which is not true. We parked at Tower parking in a closed garage...recommend.

It’s a 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was a nice quiet area without a lot of tourists which I liked. The free breakfast did not have any vegan options which I wished they at least offered fresh fruit but they did allow me to keep my luggage there after checkout so I could wander & see the sights. The receptionist was very nice & accommodating & there was a cafe around the corner that offered oat milk. The hotel was very clean including the restrooms.
