Beautiful property with excellent check in instructions. I did have to reach out to get the instructions and would be good if these could be sent out automatically. Room was beautiful and had character. Screened windows allowed us to reduce use of the ac. A few ledges in the bathroom were a little dusty or it would have been a full 5 stars

In a quiet street but close to city centre. Don’t be put off by the outside-the door opens to a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs. Beautiful lounge area and individual bedrooms. Breakfast was served by a charming gentleman and everything was on offer!

Stunning property. Beautifully decorated. Lovely garden. Staff really helpful and friendly. The best breakfast we have ever had in a small hotel. Added bonus of after cake, coffee, lounge area and bathroom to use when waiting for your flight. I will definitely go back. Short walk from restaurants shops and leaning tower

Absolutely lovely property and staff. Wished we could have stayed more than one night, but were flying out the next morning. From the welcome pastries and tea to the amazing breakfast and the lovely rooms I would highly recommend and definitely will be back if in Pisa.

Absolutely amazing stay. Hosts were very gracious and attentive. Picturesque neighborhood and plenty of different restaurant options. A 15 minute walk to the Tower of Pisa. Available free pastries and snacks at anytime day or night. The lobby/sitting room was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast spread was magnificent and was surprised it was included with the room stay.

Old world charm, a period structure renovated to provide amazing experience. We liked the large lounge to relax and work, the small garden with orange and lemon trees, everything was really nice. This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it. It was a hassle to get in as this B&B is located in a yard that is accessed through a building which requires an access code.. I was just lucky to find someone who opened the door for me and gave me the number to contact the owner/ manager. It took me over an hour just to get in and figure out parking, which by the way is 20 euros extra. Other than that , the property is charming and clean with a great breakfast included. And it’s walking distance to the Leaning tower of Pisa. Also the staff was kind enough to let us store our luggage after check out .

This was a beautiful property within walking distance from the train station and leaning tower. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was lovely. We had a ground floor level room which was lovely and I still felt safe despite being on the ground floor as you need to get through two coded gates to get in.

Exceptional service, exceptional place! We couldn’t be more happy with the stay. Great location, close to airport and train station and close to major sites. The team managing this B&B is 5 star. We stayed 4 nights and explored not only Pisa but Florence, Lucca etc. It was great coming back every day to a quiet place. The Breakfast was also terrific. The high rates they get are indeed well deserved.

Amazing surprise in what looks like a residential neighborhood of Pisa. After Alice in Wonderland like instructions full of codes and corridors and doors with more codes you arrive in a beautiful salon with comfortable chairs, big windows, piles of books and tons of fresh cakes and cookies and coffee! Our room was right off the salon and it was quiet, cool, clean and comfortable. In the morning we were greeted by a breakfast fit for the Mad-hatter’s tea party! It was delicious and we could eat it in a beautiful garden.
