「Beautiful, panoramic views, I can see the Baltic Sea and cruise ship from my room #912. Although we didn’t have a chance to try out the indoor swimming pool/sauna ….fitness Ctr. But, we love this hotel, comfortable beds, spacious, I will give it an 5 stars, and your money is well-spent. Awesome hotel with world class customer service + casino connected to hotel is a plus. 」

「We like the place. We used parking near the house, europark 7 euro/24h. Apparment is new, comfortable bed. I like self check in. Nice view. Good soundproof. Modern design. Kitchen has everything you need. I also like my fitness gym. We like neighborhood. Pet friendly. There was bad(not powerful) hairdryer. No iron for shirt ironing. No vacuum cleaner. W」

「Fikk rom 1 time før oppsatt check inn, og det var fint. Rommet var fin, men den største tv. :-) koselug interiør, stort dusj. Alt så ut å være nytt og flott. Bra frokost. Gå avstand til butikker og gamlebyen. Kommer gjerne tilbake. 」

「We stay at the deluxe apartment on the 9th floor - it was modern, beautifully decorated and had everything we need. 20 mins walk to old town. Aparthotel is also very responsive on text and helpful 」

「Located at a quiet path in the old town, close to all sightseeing spots and restaurants. The hotel is nicely decorated with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, had a great stay there. The breakfast is excellent.」

「Great location, easy to walk around or do sightseeing. Very clean, very quiet hotel, large room, amazing view, bathroom is large and modern. All facilities are in the room. Breakfast was impressive, personnel very helpful. Only minus point was the personnel in the bar of the 30th floor , does not correspond to a 5 star hotel, arrogant, not friendly personnel, present you with a questionable bill at the end and by questions become rude and show unprofessional behaviour. 」

「The hotel is outstanding, refine and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was over and above my expectations. The only thing they need to improve is in make is sustainable, there is many plastic waste when it come to shampoo and soap. Also my room didn’t have a full length mirror. 」
