Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
desastrosa la coordinación entre expedia y el hotel. Deberian de mejorar la comunicación. Llegué al hotel y no tenia habitación triple disponible, tuvieron la mejor disposicion para alojarnos, habían incluso intentado comunicarse con nosotros, sin que expedia les proporcionara esa información. Deberían preveer ese tipo de errores, que repito son responsabilidad de la plataforma EXPEDIA!!!!!!
