"Infelizmente minha experiência deixou muito a desejar. Já no check-in tivemos problemas, pois fiz a reserva com bastante antecedência pelo site CheapTickets. Ao chegar no hotel, demoraram horas para localizar minha reserva, mesmo eu apresentando todos os comprovantes. Segundo eles, houve uma falha no sistema, mas acabamos perdendo praticamente o dia inteiro tentando resolver a situação. O que mais decepcionou foi a postura da gerente que estava no local, mal educada, sempre de cara fechada e em nenhum momento pediu desculpas pelo transtorno. Além disso, montaram o sofá-cama no nosso quarto sem que tivéssemos solicitado. Pedi três vezes para deixarem o sofá normal novamente e só resolveram depois de muita insistência. O box do banheiro estava entupido e toda vez que tomávamos banho o banheiro virava um lago. No outro quarto, onde minha mãe estava hospedada, o vaso sanitário também estava entupido. O resort em si é lindo e tem tudo para proporcionar uma experiência inesquecível, porém os funcionários claramente não são bem treinados, começando pela gerência. Uma pena, porque o lugar tem muito potencial."
