A equipe é sensacional!! As refeições são muito bem preparadas, só tenho uma recomendação, melhorar a sala de jogos ( colocar um ar condicionado e melhorar as mesas de sinuca)! Mas pretendemos voltar muitas vezes para aproveitar esse lugar maravilhoso!!

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício

O hotel é bem confortável. Bem pertinho do parque. As refeições são muito boas e o atendimento é excelente. Única sugestão é em relação as recreações (adultas) podem melhorar. Infelizmente o recreador era menos simpático e engraçado do que se considera ser. Agora, outro problema lamentável foi o barulho (som alto) no hotel do outro lado da rua (Vila Germânica). Foi decepcionante. Pegamos um quarto Superior Conforto e ficamos de frente para a rua principal, nossa alegria durou pouco. A banca musical do hotel em frente além de ser muito ruim foi extremamente desrespeitosa, fazendo barulho até tarde. Sei q não é uma reclamação direta ao hotel que fiquei hospedado, mas deveriam ter um tipo de conversa ou Ouvidoria junto a prefeitura.
