"No the pool was close i waited two hours for service the bathroom was out order and i didn't stay i need my money back"

"Building seemed a little older but it was clean and comfortable. The Air conditioning was a little annoying - at 70 degrees was freezing but at 71 the heat would kick on. My kid forgot a toothbrush they had a disposable one they gave us that was very helpful. Staff was kind and knowledgeable! "

"Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view of the lake from the room. The staff is available to assist over the phone all around, and it’s a quiet and serene location to spend the night. There is dock on the lake to sit and view the lake and the nature around… Location is clean and well maintained… Would definitely stay again if visiting Hot Springs"

"There were 2 downsides. The bed was terrable, hard as a brick. The pool was closed no swimming. One reason i stayed there was the pool and i had stayed in Gulfport MS at one and the bed was awesome. However the staff did bring a foam matttess the last night which was a little better. At least they tried. And they all were VERY friendly. So maybe a 4 insted of a 3?"

"Stayed 3 nights with no hot water. Asked to switch rooms but was told there was none. Asked for our money back so we could go get a room somewhere else. Was just told it would be fixed everyday but never was. Manager was gone for the weekend. Call the manager Sarah on Monday. First she lied and said that the hot water was only out one day. Changed her story when I told her I had text between myself and the front desk everyday discussing it. Was told it was not her fault the boiler was broke and she couldn’t do anything for me since I booked through Hotels.com. She was very rude then finally hung upon me. By the way, kept checking people in when they knew the boiler was broke. Would highly recommend not giving this hotel your money."

"Walked into the room to find the drawer front missing and the contents of the drawer showing. The front of the refrigerator was dirty. The carpets at the elevator were dirty. The refrigerator in the breakfast area was unclean and did not make for a good eating experience. The trash cans were overflowing and the lobby area had dirt around the rugs were it looked like it was just clean constantly cleaning around it without cleaning under it. The front desk attendant was nice but on phone when arrived. "

"We always enjoy this property when we stay here! The children love the swimming pool and sand play area. My husband enjoys fishing at the lake. And plus there are a lot of entertainment and food areas located in the area. The carpet had minor stains, but nothing we couldn’t get over. Especially since the place is a little older. Parking is great as long as you remember to put your parking tag in your window. We’ll definitely go back "

"Pool was very dirty! Hallway carpet is buckled…very dangerous. Room needs repairs & update. Will not stay there again!"
