「Waterfront was nice Older property 」

「Great hotel to spend a couple of days, there are several activities you can do in the lake , I stayed for 1 night , I could have easily pushed for 2-3 nights」

「Our Courtyard Hot Springs stay was nothing short of impeccable. The property was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offerings at the bar also met our needs. When visiting Hot Springs in the future, we will definitely stay at this property again. 」

「Everything about the hotel and property was fine. Only complaints we had was the bed was a little bit outdated bc of slouching in the middle and the pillows weren’t comfortable」

「The hotel was clean the room was clean . Bed was comfortable . The only down part I found it’s the way to get into the hotel from the street . It’s a a curve and cars drive fast . Every thing else was great . 」

「Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. Great location near shops and just a couple miles away from Downtown Hot Springs. As we have a service animal, they put us in a room that I guess is designated for pets. Unfortunately, it did not smell very good. Overall we had a positive stay.」

「We lived on the first floor. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was very noisy. It might be the guests staying there. It lasted for a while and then became quiet. Everything else is fine」

「Very nice room / Apt. Living kitchen combo, nice bedroom with walk in closet , large tv. Large tv in living room. Nice bathroom. Recently renovated. Good parking. Adjacent restaurant was closed on the Tuesday and Wednesday we were there but property was very close to downtown historic area and NP. Conveniently located to everything. Loved our stay and plan to return. 」

「Great value for a quick stop at a motel-type setup for this roadtripper. Free hot breakfast, staff quick to help and very talkative in a fun way. Basic room but bonus big fridge and super soft king bed. I also regret that all the updated and expensive hotels only have slippery shower stalls, so it was great to have a bath tub after a long drive. Felt safe and although I suspect if there were partiers you might hear them through the walls, my stay was quiet (and short).」
