"100% of communication is via automated service/chatbot. "The hotel, the staff and the breakfast are amazing. The place has easy access and free parking. The only thing that needs a major upgrade is the bathrooms. The toilet was broken, the shower was full of mold and the outdated tile looks dirty. But overall the hotel is the best one around the area. "

"Hotel is fine. WiFi worked and there was a desk to use, plenty of space. Breakfast was fine (but not amazing). A couple of things to note: 1- it's right next to the stadium, so check their schedule before you book, as the street is closed on game days and/or if there's a concert (didn't happen to me, but it could be disruptive) 2- Uber can't stop on the left (correct) side of the street, and at least one driver I asked to go into the hotel parking didn't want to. So it can be a little uncomfortable coming and going by Uber (as opposed to most hotels where the car can pull up right to the front door)"
