"Really poor experience at this hotel. We were travelling with our premature newborn and the smoke from the forest fires was overhead and thick. We requested to cancel our room to get him somewhere safer away from the fires and they refused to cancel."

"The room was very clean. However, the patio was not clean. The staff when we check in was wonderful. Parking was very easy. The location was very easy to access to shops, groceries, etc. The view to the lake is beautiful . Highly recommend to this place."
