It was rustic. We stayed in the hotel part at the back. The door was flimsy and the room outdated. Also there was a charge to book the hot tub and sauna. The buffet was decent and the workers were very helpful.

Exelente espacio familiar para descansar

Bonita experiencia en el hotel en general, habitaciones en exelente estado( unica queja se escucha mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones de al lado, ojo que solo en horario normal, durante la noche muy silencioso y tranquilo). El restaurant exelente tambien,buen desayuno y bar en la tarde, detalle cierra muy temprano 8:00 PM. Uso de tinajas buenisimo. Piscina es temperada al aire libre, no es que este a 30 o mas grados como hay algunas quejas que no es bastante caliente, esta a unos 25 grados, agradable al menos en verano ya que hace bastante calor en el sector.( lo que si es necesario una mantencion, se esta soltando la ceramica). Ademas el luegar tiene bastantes actividades como trekking, sala de juegos, aveces actividades nocturnas como bingo. Es un lugar muy completo en general, no es necesario salir a buscar a fuera las cosas nombradas.

I booked this property thinking it was near my cousin’s town but it was 135kms away. It was the best surprise ever because it Is situated in the middle of the forest! Absolute beauty. Amazing nature. It rained all night and I slept like a baby! Extremely clean room. Great little restaurant. Wonderful and helpful staff! Yes he only bad thing was that I could not stay longer :( I will definitely be back though but next time with my young adult children! :)

Not suitable at any price.

Property was trashy, junk and cig butts all over. Advertised hot tubs and they were filthy and cold. Room information said their use was an extra charge! Couch in kitchen was sooo gross couldn’t even sit on it. Getting ready for bed turned back the covers and a bed bug was there. We had to move at 1030pm and they had the nerve to ask us for full price when we checked out. My dogs kennel is better than this place. I’ve traveled extensively and this was absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Muy bonito complejo

Buena experiencia, el complejo muy bonito y bien ubicado. No quedamos en una cabaña para 7 personas y todo estaba impecable, limpio y nuevo, muy acogedoras y bien equipadas las cabañas. Ademas tenían actividades, sala de juegos y restoran. Solo no me gustó enterarme allá que cobraban un suplemento por usar los hot tube, ya que se da a entender que vienen incluidas pero allá cobran 25 mil por una hora si las quieres usar. Podrían dejar más claro eso.
