"On arrival on the May 30/we we were asked what day we would like our room cleaned. So I told her that June 1 St would work for us. We went out and came back at 4pm and our room was not cleaned . No one showed up for the rest of the evening . So why bother asking when we want our room cleaned? Next day for breakfast I noticed all the bananas were extremely soft and rotten inside. I asked the kitchen staff if I could have some decent bananas and showed her the rotten ones. She goes oh I did not put these and takes all of them and throws them in the garbage. Next she brings out few more from the kitchen which were in the worst shape then the ones she threw out. How can you serve rotten fruit to your guests - extremely disappointed- will never stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay. Nice place to stay, ample parking, safe and easy access to what we’d like. We had a standard room without the view and it was spacious for 2 queen beds and also had a sofa and writing desk. Few things to note, TV is quite old and difficult to enjoy, Just 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people is quite weird, and in the evening around 8pm, elevators were heavily fragrant which made us feel almost nauseous."

"The air wasn't on in the room when we checked in which made the room really stuffy. It's May and Texas so you know the rest. We were out Saturday and came back to our room to find it was warm again. I’m not sure if they adjusted the temperature but what we set it to was not what we came back too. The mini refrigerator in our room didn't work at all.The manager replaced it with another that wasn't working great at all. The ice maker was down and here we are with food for the track meet that needed to stay cool. I don't think I would try another Spark again."

"Out of the four days of my stay there, my room was only clean twice. I had to go get my own towels, coffee, cups, and trash bags. I had to remove the trash and dirty linens and set everything outside my room. It’s stormed Saturday, they have dish TV so I was without TV for 24 hours. I asked them if they was gonna compensate me. I’ve never heard back from them. There were adults on my floor that was running up and down the halls Hooten and hollering until 12:30 in the morning. I was very dissatisfied. I will never stay at this hotel again."
