"My wife and I stayed at Eden Roc Miami Beach for our 10-year wedding anniversary, and it became one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The property is absolutely beautiful. Our ocean-view room and balcony were incredible, the resort was gorgeous, and the entire staff made us feel welcome. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Victoria A. at the concierge desk. Before we arrived, I contacted Victoria hoping to surprise my wife. She took it personally from there. She coordinated our anniversary décor, champagne, luggage and arrival, made sure she was working the day we arrived to welcome us, and helped keep everything a complete surprise. The most meaningful touch was Victoria’s idea. She asked me to send a favorite photo of us. I sent one from our wedding day 10 years earlier, and she had it printed and beautifully framed alongside a personal note I wrote for my wife. Watching Kristin walk into that room and take everything in is a memory I’ll never forget. Nothing Victoria did felt scripted or transactional. She genuinely cared about making this milestone special for us. Months later, she even reached out and sent us photos she had taken of the room before our arrival so we could keep them as anniversary memories. Eden Roc management: please recognize Victoria. Beautiful hotels are everywhere, but people like her turn a great vacation into something you remember for the rest of your life. We will absolutely return. ❤️"
