「Amazing staff」

「We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, firstly the really positive points: Staff were amazing, so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely pool area, really clean and always sunbeds available. We paid slightly more for a room next to the pool and would really recommend doing this. 「A nice, boutique hotel, hidden around the back of the high street. So perfectly central for the shops and cafes. Lovely staff who did everything to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. The room was cleaned daily, along with towels being changed. The only minor gripes - which is what you have to expect with a one star establishment - were: no coffee making facilities in the room; no fridge & no safe. Regardless of the above, a brilliant place and somewhere we'd stay again.」

It would have been nice if there was a cart service to bring your golf clubs from the reception to the golfing areas as it’s a good 5min walk. There are enough dining areas on the grounds to keep you entertained after a game of golf.」

「Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask...

「Had a nice break but the hotel is very ‘tired’ and in need of some refurbishment. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, but pillows weren’t great. The bathrooms need upgrading - the shower was very small and the toilet flush was ‘tricky’, often needing several attempts. Floor tiles look very old and therefore appear rather dirty even though I’m sure they weren’t. Poor attention to detail too: kettle and mugs were provided but no tea bags, coffee or milk. We asked for some at...

「Bar was not open during our stay. WiFi was excellent. Room was spacious and very clean and bathroom was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at the bar nextdoor and was what I always have, toast with tomatoes, coffee (very good) and juice. The friendly barman knew our order by the next day. 」
