「Helpful staff, very good breakfast. Very clean room. Beautiful grounds, though we would have loved to stay in the castle.」

「Bring a loufa as they do not have washcloths. Parking can be a bit limited. Very beautiful, clean hotel with comfortable beds. Staff very pleasant」

「I booked and paid with hotels.com but the hotel didn't accept it and asked me to pay. It was late at night and I had no option but to pay. I am trying to get the refund but the hotel doesn't repkt to the emails from expedia... why is it listed up on hotela.com then?」

「Location is great, will charge for parking. It’s troublesome to reach the room, because it’s just like a maze upstairs. AC in the room is not well functioning. Provide various breakfast options, greenhouse-like breakfast room, that’s fantastic!」

「Das Wasser im Waschbecken ist nicht abgelaufen. Die Betten waren hart wie Stein. Für 80€ wäre es ok aber nicht für 280€!」

「We had a wonderful time at the property and the lady who was running it was very helpful also very clean and close to downtown and the restaurants.overall I recommend this place to whoever wants to travel to Straubing.」
