「CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. 「The only positive thing what is the location? The room was very small. The space between the bed and the wall was only 12 inches. The bed frame was partially off. The boxspring was dirty. The floor rug was very dirty. The pier parking was full after certain hours. The price for this stay was too high for the type of room it was. I couldn’t wait to leave. The brochure was deceiving.」

「Beautiful inn, with many thoughtful design touches. We loved the chance to chat with fellow guests over wine on the porch and breakfast in the garden. Although the inn has very limited parking, there was plentiful parking in the public lot only a block away, even on a busy summer day. We will definitely return!!」

「Absolutely loved staying at the Snug Cottage. Jared and Greg and the entire team were extremely helpful and welcoming. The Victoria room was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. 「I accidentally made two reservations when I checked in they said they would not double charged me. After I checked out I saw I was double charged. I have reached out to the hotel and Expedia and they refuse to refund me for the second charge. I will never book with Expedia or stay at this hotel again.」
