The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and flexible with our travel plans. Their understanding and support made our arrival and departure from Ibiza so much smoother and stress-free. "I thought the hotel was very clean. Although the Aircon in our room on 5th floor with seaview didn't really work, not great for the price we paid The food at breakfast and around the pool was very good indeed. The towel person around the pool needs to chill out. I think also the pool needs to open earlier than 9.30/10 am . Reception staff were amazing"
