The one lady we dealt with at the front desk was amazing. But when we first got there the key cards would not work, we got them fixed then the door wouldn’t open. Come to find out they had a maintenance guy that would put the handle on backwards (per the lady at the front) and they still hadn’t fixed it. Other than that the stay was great.

The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. Location was good. Pool was closed for repairs. Room door had gap at bottom and sides which increased the noise level. Windows needed sealing as well. I was told that these repairs will be done in the winter months.
