Dirty bed linens on both beds, the guy working the desk didn't know how to unlock the computer, so he oddly didn't take my card for incidentals. Said he would call the room later when he could get in, but never did during the entire stay.

Be sure to read the little placard by the sink. Make burned everything the room does not have and tell the desk clerk within 15 minutes. We had no hair drier, no tv remote and the wall had damage where the door was flung open and it had a hole. The shower faucet leaked. Beds were clean, but I do not sleep good on that mattress. I’d rate it 6.5 out of ten.

The woman that made the breakfast was up in my face hollering at me in front of 24 people. She literally scolded me and embarrassed me for accidentally making a mess. ( I was cleaning it up) she put her finger in my face and told me that I was stupid over and over again! I told her to not touch me because she was literally had her shoulder on my shoulder standing behind me as I was CLEANING up my accident. I continued to CLEAN my mess and I got up my mess BUT SHE WAS SCOLDING ME THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS CLEANING IT UP! She embarrassed me in front of 24+ people!!!

The parking was kind of a pain, people were parking in the wrong spots taking up two spots at a time

The smelled clean but the floor was sticky and very nasty. We killed 4 roaches. Both doors and gaping holes under them. The beds were very uncomfortable. The lady at check in was very nice but at check out time when explaining the issues she seemed to not care.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I told them toilet was clogged at 9am. We returned about 7:30pm and it wasn't fixed. One bed was remade, the rest left dirty all day although we stayed three nights. Paint was peeling and when I tried to tell them, no one spoke English and no one was at the front desk during normal business hours. They have people living in rooms, not renting, outside at all hours, and had to call police on a woman in the room next to us at 5:30am because she left her child (around 2-3yo) alone while she left the property. Kid was wondering around the property crying and looking for her. No Internet working so no TV to use. I will never stay here again!

Not at all worth over $150 for one night. After checking in, we went around the building to find our room which wouldn’t open. The front desk said they would send help. After waiting 10 minutes, no one came and we called again to find out that our room was actually in another building across the street. We weren’t told where to go upon check in. The WiFi does not work here! Not only that, my cell service was completely out. I was unable to use my phone for the night. Because of the lack of internet, streaming was unavailable on the tv. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was labeled non smoking online. There are many other places to stay around here, definitely find something else.

The property is good. On the River. Quiet. Could use a remodel soon as it’s showing its age. I noticed there could be people living there full time and thats concerning. I had to constantly ask people to move to get up and down the stairs to get to my room as they were always sitting on the stairs. But overall the room was nice, clean, and worth the price.
