The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at the hotel five times and I plan on staying here again and again."

"Clean rooms with a lot of storage. Showers are hot and relaxing. Front desk and staff were very friendly and even called us to see if we needed anything. Yes, there really are donuts, fruit, coffee, lemonade, cold water, and icees available all the time! The only negative thing I can say is that even though the rooms are nonsmoking there are ashtrays outside of every room so almost every time I walked to my room there was a person outside their room smoking. We would not have minded if we had balconies (which we thought we had) but this was right outside the rooms like a cute little porch smoking area. As for the coupons for the pancake house across the street… I asked exactly the free breakfast was but was never really told if it was one pancake or more even though I asked the waitress at the restaurant twice. We just upgraded to the small buffet, which was fine but literally added $12 plus tip to the free one. No big deal, we ate there once then enjoyed the donuts in the morning instead. If you are going go early! By eight there was a wait. We would stay there again."
