very very bad room and bad experience
"When we arrived in HOTEL ROMA, they did not have the room that we booked for us and gave us a room different from the photos we booked. the room is not clean and We made bedsheet and change pillow sheets by ourselves, I called to HOTEL.COM to complain and hotel.com said to me that Hotel Roma will ..."
