「This hotel is lovely, it is brand new, opening 6 months ago. Our room was perfect with a very large balcony. We had a delicious dinner in their dining room and the breakfast buffet was perfect. I really can not say enough about how lovely this hotel is. The grounds are beautiful, although it was raining I was able to go through the pine woods to the beach for a walk. 「First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...
