「The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. 「This is NOT a hotel. Be aware that if you are staying more than 3 nights you must provide your own sheets & towels. Don’t rely on being able to rent them from reception because it will likely be closed when you arrive. You also have to do a complete clean of the apartment on exit, which took us about 3 hours.
