The only thing that room had was clean bed. The TV did not have instruction how to use it, the floor was not vaccum, the lighting was terrible, all the vending machines were not working, the exercise room was full of suppies & junk and the breakfest aera was very small.

The breakfast was really bad. The first day they did not have decaf coffee, the juice machine never worked, and they barely had any bread etc. It was so bad we went somewhere else for breakfast.

No wash rags No bath soap The man that checked me in a slob They had a stack of previously used door keys in previosly used door keys envelopes in a pile on the desk. The man checking me in had to sort through this pile to find my key. The juice machine for breakfast didn't work. The employee said it has a mind of its own and it comes and goes as far as working. The eggs and sausge wre cold. Pump coffee dispenser was dirty. They 2 employees I had contack with acted like you were bothering then. The luggage cart was old and small.

The room and bathroom weren’t super clean. We also had no hand soap. There was also some staining on the sheets and bedding. It just didn’t feel like a very nice stay.

The place definitely needed vacuuming. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was definitely inadequate as they were running out of supplies to even cook with there was only cereal, coffee and toast and eggs.

The heat wouldn't come on in my room at the annex building. I was moved to another room and the same issue. I ended having to go to the local dollar store and purchase a space heater to warm up the room. I didn't want to have to move my belongings again because I am handicap and am limited and it is painful to walk.
