「The receptionist who checked us in on Friday 31st July 2026 was lovely and friendly. Made us aware of seats round the side near the toilets for kids to charge devices before our room was ready. The thing we didn't expect is that there are some stairs going down to the room that we need to carry the luggage ourselves, which is not notified when booking. Also the air smells moldy in the corridor downstairs. But the room itself is tidy and clean.」
