The roof caved in on the property before we arrived. The place was unsafe to stay. They refused to refund our money. We had to spend three days trying to find another place to stay in a foreign country thousands of miles away from home. The management there is the worse I have ever seen. I wish I could some how give a worse review. They are thieves. They pretty much stole our money.

Very convenient location

The apartment is just great. The only inconvenience is the bedroom which is on loft and you have to keep your head all the time, but we were for only one night stay and used it just for sleeping. The apartment is on a great location, close to everything, we did a self check in which was very convenient, the instructions were completely clear and also we asked for instructions for free parking, it was like 400 meters, so for us was great. We recommend it. Pienza is amasing!

Ok, first off great location. Awesome town and decent 500ish year old building. Cozy. But the check in site office is not the same location as the room. It is around the corner, on the left side of the restaurant that is in the street. Number 4. Be careful where you park, most of the city unpaid parking is residents only and has a 125 euro fine.

L'antica locanda

Soggiorno molto piacevole, nel cuore di pienza. La struttura ha stanze per ogni necessità, nel rispetto della tradizione architettonica rustica toscana. Nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e locali per tutti i gusti, unica scomodità è il parcheggio ad paio di kilometri di distanza, ma è lo scotto da pagare per alloggiare nel centro storico del paese.

Accoglienza nella norma, ma ci siamo dovuti portare da soli le valigie lungo 3 rampe di scale. Mancanza di servizi, aria condizionata portatile rumorosissima, mancanza di saponette, bagnodoccia ecc. È presente la doccia ma è talmente piccola che si sbatte con le braccia. Frigo bar assente, tv assente, prese elettriche in punti scomodi. Punto a favore la posizione centralissima. Esperienza nel complesso deludente

Siamo stati alloggiati in altra struttura evidentemente collegata, in una casa nella città vecchia. Al secondo piano, senza ascensore e con is scala molto stretta con difficile trasporto dei bagagli. La cosiddetta suite Bernardo prevedeva il letto in un soppalco sotto il tetto, molto basso; impossibile alzarsi in piedi senza rischiare di battere contro la volta e con accesso attraverso una scala molto ripida. Improponibile per persone anziane o con difficoltà motorie

Zauberhaft und geräumig

Das B & B ist absolut empfehlenswert, die Räume waren groß und sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Renaissance-Palazzo und hat herrliche Aussicht bis zum Mte Amiato, der Besitzer war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Treppen steil, Vorsicht ist geboten. Küche hatte absolute Basisausstattung (z.B. kein Nudelsieb). Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!

Experiencia deliciosa e espero voltar um dia!!!

Amamos, o local super charmoso e de época, limpo, confortável, conveniente a vista de cair o queixo, não conseguíamos deixar de ficar nas janelas só apreciando a vista a cada hora do dia. Lucca foi quem nos recebeu e foi absolutamente encantador e simpático, além de prestativo. O café da manhã eram bem legal, tudo saboroso.
