"We liked the hotel very much indeed. It’s got a great location up on the hill, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My one complaint is that the wine fridge in the room was the wrong temperature. It was much too warm for white wine, but then it also chilled the red wine so that then ended up being at the wrong temperature! Related to this, the larger mini fridge in the room was also much too hot, it hardly chilled the soft drinks. So all in all, it was difficult to get a glass of cold white wine in the room! Anyway, not a big deal and overall I really liked the hotel, and the staff for especially friendly and hospitable. We absolutely love the valle de Guadalupe and thoroughly recommend it. We also much enjoyed Bruma, which we stayed at a couple of nights before, I would check that one out as well if you can."

"Wonderful place to visit in Valle. I had the pleasure to come and enjoy some well deserved peace time with my mother. Since the moment we arrived we felt very relaxed. This hotel is such an escape from the big city and the most wonderful part is you hear birds chirping. The vineyards are so beautiful. The food and wine served here are great too. We tried the chicken adobo salad and the quesadillas. They were amazing. The room was well equipped the only but is that when I reserved through Expedia it had said that I choose the presidential room with jacuzzi but when I arrived I was not given that room. Other than that the stay was wonderful we enjoyed the jacuzzi outside which was great as well. Rooms were very clean and all necessities were there. Free breakfast was chilaquiles eggs and beans. It was very tasty. I will definitely will be coming back and recommending my family to come here. Thank you to all the staff the wonderful gentlemen that greeted us when we arrived in the evening and the your ladies in the bar while made our food and drinks. Thank you 🙏"

"This is a beautiful place! You get attentive staff, great restaurant and spa, great wines and scenery. We stayed and a loft and loved the layout and specially the tub. We ordered room service and it was quick and great food. About the restaurant, they have outstanding service and the food is very healthy and tasty. I have a gluten allergy and was able to pick several items and they were able to accommodate with some of the dishes too. They also have live music but I'm not sure if it's only on weekends. The spa is small, but the massages and facial were very good. The pool has a nice view of the valley and the vive is peaceful. Overall, this place hits all the spots for a pleasant, romantic peaceful experience."
